RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your item(s). To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging you received it. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate your return, please email us at info@mindlesshoodies.com detailing your concerns and providing your receipt or proof of purchase. We will confirm that your return has been approved within 3 business days and send you a pre-paid return label - it's that easy! Please use the original packaging when sending back your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards. Maybe regift or try selling it?
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility requirements have been met and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please check with your bank for an estimate of how long it will take to receive your credit.
*Refunds do not include the $7 flat shipping rate.
